Download the Booster Rewards App from the App Store and create a profile to start earning Berry Points! Scan your app before completing in-store purchases, and earn Berry Points automatically on online orders when signed in.

Berry Points are our rewards system! Earn 1 point for every $1 spent (before tax) at Booster Juice, and redeem them for rewards directly from the home page of the app.

Berry Points are calculated on the order subtotal before tax, not on the total amount paid.

To ensure you earn Berry Points, always scan the QR code in the Scan section of your Booster Rewards App before each purchase. Make sure to use the QR code in the App, not a screenshot or photo. You can also earn Berry Points by ordering directly through the App.
If you are missing Berry Points, email appfeedback@boosterjuice.com with a receipt or proof of purchase. We can only add Berry Points for purchases made within the last 30 days at participating locations, and a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

No, substitutions are not permitted. Each reward is valid only for the specific items included in that reward and cannot be exchanged for items outside of it.

Upon joining, you become a part of Booster Nation and will receive the following benefits:

Berry Points can be earned and redeemed at participating Booster Juice locations. For details on non-participating stores, visit www.boosterjuice.com/non-participating-stores.

Your rewards can be redeemed on the checkout page during your online order. Only one reward can be redeemed per order and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

Berry Points expire 365 days after the date they are earned, at the end of that day. For example, if you earn 10 Berry Points on April 19, 2025, those 10 Berry Points will expire at the end of the day on April 19, 2026. Once expired, they are no longer accessible. When redeeming Berry Points, the oldest ones are used first.

We love celebrating you! Birthday Offers are automatically added if your Booster Rewards account meets these requirements before your birthday:

●  Your account is at least 7 days old and includes your birthdate
●  You’ve made at least one qualifying purchase within the past year (by scanning in-store or by ordering through the App).

Your Birthday Offer will appear on the morning of your birthday in the OFFERS section on the home page of your app.

Qualifying purchases are those that earn Berry Points (excluding purchases or reloads of gift cards). The offer is valid for 7 days, in-store at participating locations only. Management reserves all rights and may request photo ID.

Birthday Offers are valid for seven (7) days from the date they are issued. After this period, the offer expires and cannot be redeemed until your next birthday.

If you cannot scan your account or redeem offers, your Booster Rewards account may not be verified. After signing up, you should receive a verification email. Please click the link in the email to complete verification.

If you do not see the email, check the email address that was used during sign up (found in your profile). If you signed up with Apple, check the email linked to your Apple ID.

Still can’t find it? Contact appfeedback@boosterjuice.com to have the verification email resent.

If you no longer have access to your email or need to update it, send a screenshot of your profile screen to appfeedback@boosterjuice.com for assistance.

Do not delete your account if you simply would like to update the information on it.

As a Booster Rewards member, you earn one (1) Berry Point for every $1 spent on qualifying orders placed through the app, just like in-store purchases. Orders placed through third-party delivery platforms are not eligible for points.

Booster Rewards members can pay for online orders in the App using debit, Visa or Mastercard, unlocked rewards, and Booster Juice Gift Cards.

Purchases can only be split between gift cards and another method of payment if the gift card has insufficient funds to cover the total purchase amount.

Cards are only saved for the specific location you ordered from and saved the card at. If you save your card for one location and place an order at a different location, you will need to re-enter your payment information.

Cards may be declined for several reasons, including:

● Incorrect billing information - The address, postal code, or CVV entered does not match your bank’s records
● Flagged by your bank - The purchase was flagged as unusual (ex. size, location, or frequency)
● Insufficient funds - You have reached your credit limit or have too many pending charges
● Expired or inactive card - Your card has expired or has not been activated yet
● Verification not completed - The transaction required a security authentication (like a text code or password) that was not completed.
● Card not accepted - Some locations do not accept American Express

If your card is declined, we recommend double checking all details are correct, trying the order with a different card, and contacting your bank for more information.

In-Store Purchases: Open the Booster Rewards app and go to the Gift Card tab. Select the card you want to use and tap the QR code. Present this QR code to the staff to scan for payment.

Important: The QR code to pay with a digital gift card is different from the app QR code used to earn Berry Points. Make sure to check in before completing your purchase to collect Berry Points.

Online Orders (Order Ahead & Pick Up): Ensure your digital gift card is added to your account. During checkout, select your gift card as the payment method. If you have multiple gift cards, their balances are automatically combined, with funds deducted from the oldest card first.

Yes! Digital gift cards can be transferred to friends or family who have a verified Booster Rewards account. The email you send the gift card to must match the email linked to the recipient’s account.

Digital gift cards do not expire and are not refundable; treat them like cash. Be sure to save or screenshot your gift card number in case it is accidentally deleted.

Booster Juice is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards, including digital gift cards, so treat them like cash. Booster Juice does not charge the customer fees to use the gift cards. The use of gift cards constitutes the acceptance of terms. 

To add a physical Booster Juice gift card to your Booster Rewards app, enter the card number and the 3 or 4-digit PIN located under the scratch-off area.

Once loaded, physical gift cards can be shared or transferred to another Booster Rewards member. Do not dispose of or misplace the physical card, as it remains active and can still be used for in-store purchases. Treat all gift cards like cash. Booster Juice is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

When you load or reload a digital gift card, you’ll be asked to create a security passcode. This passcode is required to transfer or share digital gift cards with other Booster Rewards members. If you forget your passcode or have not set one, select Forgot Passcode to create or reset it.

Yes! Catering items found on our catering menu are applicable for earning. For more information on catering, please visit: https://boosterjuice.com/pages/catering

No. Gift card purchases are disqualified from earning Berry Points. However, points can still be earned when you use a gift card to pay for eligible purchases.

Yes! You can also earn Berry Points by:

Referring a Friend: Share your unique referral code and earn 15 points when the friend you invite downloads the Booster Rewards App and makes their first purchase as a loyalty member.

Staying Updated: Opt-in to app notifications or emails to receive special offers and promotions that may include bonus Berry Points throughout the year.

Yes. However, the app itself is not available in French.

Any Berry Points earned from the cancelled, returned, or refunded purchase will be reversed or deducted from your account.

To see nearby locations in the Booster Rewards App, enable location services on your device or enter your full address manually. You can also search by city in the Store Locations section under the More tab.

If you are unable to order, the location could be closed, or the location has disabled ordering temporarily.

We are aware that the Ordering Tab may take longer to load on some devices, depending on your network connection and operating system version. To improve the loading time, we recommend:

● Ensuring your Booster Rewards App is up to date
● Ensuring your device is updated to the latest version
● Check your cellular connection
● Clear the app cache
● Disable any VPNs if applicable

Delivery is currently unavailable but will return soon!

We currently carry Almond Milk and a line up of signature Booster Balls on our menu that contain nuts. We also receive some ingredients from manufacturing plants that handle other products containing nuts. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that throughout the production process, cross-contact did not occur before the product reached our stores.

We strongly recommend any of our customers with severe nut allergies to alert our staff prior to ordering.

You can find a variety of plant-based smoothies on our menu, including the Wildberry Rush, Tropi-Kale, and Spinach Is In It. We also offer many vegan liquid substitutions that can be added to any smoothie such as oat milk, almond milk, and coconut water. For those who are looking for a plant-based option, we also recommend trying one of our Freshly Squeezed Juices made right in store!

Yes! The Refresh section of the Booster Juice menu is devoted entirely to dairy-free options. Our Freshly Squeezed Juices and Specialty Shots are also dairy-free. Our stores also carry a variety of dairy-free milks including oat and almond milk which can be substituted in your smoothie for no extra charge.

At Booster Juice, we place your health as our #1 priority. Allergens are a serious issue, and therefore a full wash, rinse and sanitize cycle is done for all utensils and blender jars after each use. We also have 2 different colour blender jars in our stores used to blend smoothies; our clear jars are used for the majority of our smoothies, while our purple tinted jars are used specifically for almond milk smoothies. By separating the jars that are used to make our smoothies, we can ensure that customers who may have a nut allergy can be confident that their smoothie was made in a nut-free blender jar.

Yes! We offer substitutions of any fruit for free. You will only be charged if you add additional fruit to your beverage.

The site requirements for a new Booster Juice location vary depending on the exact region or locale, but are primarily based on the following guidelines:

• The size of an ideal Booster Juice location varies from 650 to 1,300 sq. ft.
• An end-cap preferred, allowing for the store to be high-visibility and easily accessible. 
• Eight or more parking spaces are preferred- each with easy access to the planned store entrance.
• At least two signage locations outside or around the store are preferred.
• An open, glass store front preferred for maximum visibility and curb appeal. 
• At an overall site level, a national or strong local mix of grocery and fitness brands that serve as anchors are preferred.

The following demographics serve as our basis for evaluating the suitability for a potential new Booster Juice location:

• Overnight residential population greater than 10,000
• Daytime (workplace) population greater than 5,000
• Secondary education greater than 33%
• Home ownership greater than 74%
• Above average median household income
• 1,000,000 sq. ft. of office space or more within walking distance for the primary demographic.\

Once a franchise applicant is screened for compatibility with a specific Booster Juice location, we will disclose, in detail, the store opportunity and the process for proceeding.

Depending on your proximity to Booster Juice Headquarters, you may be invited to a discovery day to meet with senior executives and learn more about the Booster Juice franchise opportunity. To finalize the application process, we'll conduct a complete background and reference check. 

Upon approval of your application and location selected, you and Booster Juice will sign a disclosure and franchise agreement. If you do not have a site selected by this time, the agreement will contain a condition for securing a mutually agreeable location. Should a location not be immediately available, the document process will be completed once the site, design and lease has been negotiated.

Certain Booster Juice products contain caffeine, including the Matcha Monsoon, Mind Over Matcha, and Oat-Rageous Mocha.

No, both Booster Juice's Frozen Vanilla Yogurt as well as our Probiotic Yogurt are completely gelatin-free.

Matcha is the oldest variety of shade-grown Japanese Green Tea, traditionally used in Zen Buddhist ceremonies for over 800 years. Ground into a fine, jade-green powder using granite grinding wheels, Matcha is then whisked with water to create a unique, beautiful and richly flavorful drink. It's also one of our favourites here at Booster Juice! 

Matcha Green Tea is grown in the Nishio Region in Japan, an especially fertile region of the country thanks to its temperate climate and proximity to fresh riverwater. 

One (1) cup of Matcha Green Tea has approximately 10-15 times the nutrients of Regular Green Tea.

Regular green tea is steeped; when tea is steeped, approximately 80-90% of the naturally-occurring nutrients are lost. This is because most of the vitamins in tea are not water soluble. However, with Matcha Green Tea, the tea leaves are ground up and consumed as a whole, providing the full spectrum of nutritional benefits that Matcha has to offer!

Matcha Green Tea contains the highest antioxidant (ORAC) count compared to all known fruits and vegetables. On a per gram basis, Matcha Green Tea is the most powerful antioxidant in the world!

Yes, the Matcha used in both the Matcha Monsoon and Mind Over Matcha smoothies is the same proprietary Booster Juice blend of Matcha Green Tea that is sold in-store.

Wheatgrass was first introduced by Ann Wigmore over 40 years ago. By pressing and squeezing the tender young blades of the wheat plant, a dark green juice is extracted which is a great source of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, amino acids and chlorophyll. During the germination and sprouting phase of the young wheatgrass, the stored food in the wheat berry is converted into predigested living food- an amazing source of vitamins and minerals not found anywhere else. 

In theory, to get the most from any vitamins or and minerals, a person’s total intake should come in a form that is as close to its natural state as possible. Wheatgrass is a living food at the time of juicing and for a period of 10 to 15 minutes after harvest meaning it is less diluted than other  forms. Wheatgrass juice is also high in Vitamin C, A, B, and E, making it a terrific source of all four vitamins. This green juice also has over 90 minerals which are needed to maintain good metabolism. The presence of these alkaline minerals are found in wheatgrass which contains calcium, magnesium, potassium and iron, a mineral essential for transporting oxygen to the lungs. Last but not least, organic sodium is also found in Wheatgrass, aiding in digestion and regulation of the amount of fluids in the body.

Yes, all of our to-go cups are in fact recyclable! We also offer an assortment of reusable tumblers, chug jugs, and other Booster Juice-branded mugs in-store.

No! In fact, Açai grows on the Açai Palm Tree, the same tree harvested for Heart of Palm- another common palm product that requires cutting down the entire tree rather than simply waiting for it to bear fruit. However, locals make more money harvesting the Açai fruit year after year rather than harvesting their trees for “Heart of Palm”; this means more money in their pockets long-term in addition to helping save the Rainforest!
